Shackelford Partners Honored for Real Estate Expertise


Four Shackelford, McKinley & Norton partners are recognized in the inaugural Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Real Estate Lawyers legal guide.

John Shackelford and Michelle Snedden were selected for their industry-leading work in the complex affordable housing arena. They represent developers, housing finance corporations and housing authorities in construction and permanent financing, low-income housing tax credits, tax-exempt bonds and tax credits involving the new construction and rehabilitation of multi-family and single-family homes.

Thomas Anderson Jr. was honored for his real estate transactions work. He regularly represents sellers, purchasers and lenders in commercial real estate transactions throughout Texas and nationwide. He also regularly represents landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.

Mark Todd was recognized for his work representing buyers and sellers in real estate transactions involving office buildings, multifamily properties, shopping centers, resort facilities, hotel properties and other types of commercial properties.
